Excellence in ITIL Award 2005
The IT Service Management Institute (ITSMI) awarded the Excellence in ITIL Award to the TUI InfoTec project “SPIRIT” (Strategic Project for Improvement and Reengineering of IT Operation Services) for the successful roll out of ITIL processes across the company.
The award honours the innovative strength demonstrated by the SPIRIT project in corporate and process organisation.

Best Practice Award 2002
The IT journal “is report” presented its Best Practice Award to TUI InfoTec for the best Data Warehouse Application in German-speaking countries for the TUFIS Controlling and Information System developed by TUI InfoTec.
 
The TUFIS information platform provides data on all business processes. The spectrum ranges from highly aggregated reporting for senior management, to detailed information for the control of day-to-day business. End users can call up reports updated everyday on booking status, sales figures and hotel costs – accessible via the internet any time any place.
